nylon double braids

New England Ropes nylon double braids are strong and feel good in your hand.  Often used as dock lines they store easily and remain supple for a long time.  Easily spliced.  Stretch characteristics are not as good as 3 strands and many of the single braids.  Not recomended for anchor lines or anchor windlasses.  Do not use for running rigging
